I’m Anna, and I’m so glad you found my practice! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) for the state of New Hampshire. I am a Keene native, and I am so grateful that my professional journey led me back home. I have lived in a variety of places (Tennessee, Virginia, Colorado) and have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health and psychiatric inpatient.
I have experience working with a breadth of client concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, as well as grief and life transitions. I have a passion working with Obsessive Compulsive and related disorders utilizing the Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) protocol. I have a collaborative and person-centered approach with my clients. We will work together to help you process your experiences and build skills to lead you towards healing.
